By default, we use servers that are located in the Netherlands. If you prefer, we can host your website somewhere else. We can maintain any website coded using WordPress standards. However, under certain circumstances, we may not be able to maintain your website (for instance if your website hasn’t been updated for years). If such a case arises, we will get back to you soon after your purchase and will reimburse you the full amount paid.

If there are credentials we need (like your current FTP credentials or WP Admin account to migrate your website), you’ll receive an email from our password manager. That way, your information will be encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way.
